For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, the manufacturer will replace this window covering with one of equal or superior value, if this window covering is found to be defective in material or workmanship. To obtain warranty service, contact our customer service department at 1-877-804-5504. This warranty does not cover damage of defects caused by or resulting from improper maintenance, negligent or improper use, abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, act of God, alteration, commercial use, installation, removal or reinstallation.
This warranty is restricted to normal consumer use within the United States and Canada. MANUFACTURER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Redi Shade, Inc. extends a lifetime-limited warranty on the enclosed product to the original residential retail purchaser as long as the product remains in the original window.

Normal wear and tear
Any product that fails due to:
- Exposure to salt air
- Improper installation
- Extraordinary use
- Improper operation
- Improper cleaning
- Damage from pets/insects
- Improper handling
Any product that, with the passage of time, has:
- Loss of color intensity
- Loss of pleating if product is not held in raised position a portion of the time
- Yellowing or cracking of plastic parts
Costs associated with:
- Product removal
- Transportation to and from the manufacturer
- Product re-measure
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Product reinstallation
In the event there are multiple shades in the same room, only the defective shade will be replaced.
Product Damaged in Shipping:
If damage occurred during shipping, call 1-888-608-6611 and report within 14 calendar days of receipt of product or else you may be denied credit for your damaged product.

If you suspect this Redi Shade Simple Fit product has a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship:

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
THIS SHALL BE YOUR SOLE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
If this Simple Fit product is found to have a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we will (at our discretion) do one of the following:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Refund the cost of the product
- Colors vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match samples or previous purchases.
- Discontinued items or color selections will be replaced with the closest equivalent current product.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long a warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. No agent, representative, delear, or unauthorized employee has the authority to increase or alter the obligation of this warranty. This limited warranty supersedes any previous versions.
